The first sign of pregnancy is different for every woman but the most common early signs and symptoms of pregnancy might include; Implantation bleeding, Missed period, Rise in body temperature, Fatigue, Increased heart rate, Breast changes, Mood swings, Frequent urination, Bloating, Morning sickness, High blood pressure, Smell sensitivity, Weight, gain Heartburn. 6 to 12 days after conception: Implantation of the fertilized egg may cause cramping. 7 to 14 days after conception: Breasts may feel swollen, sore, tingly and heavy. 7 to 14 days after conception: Fatigue due to increased progesterone, low blood sugar, and low blood pressure. 7 to 14 days after conception: Increased estrogen and slowed gastric emptying may lead to nausea known as morning sickness. Take a pregnancy test, if positive inform your doctor. Your body temperature may go higher and you may feel exhausted during early hour of pregnancy, keep your bedroom cool as well as good sleep can be of help. Breast tenderness may be relieved by purchasing maternity supporting bra.Drinking enough water and snacking regularly may help to prevent dizziness. Standing up slowly when getting up from a chair may also help. Many of the body changes and symptoms of pregnancy you experience in the first trimester will start to fade once you reach the second trimester. You must however bear in mind that; No two pregnancies in the same woman are the same.
